| Ordering information When you order my designs from my site using PayPal (other than split designs), you can now automatically download the designs. You will be sent an email message from me that gives you the instructions. The message is sent at the same time as your confirmation that comes from PayPal. THIS DOWNLOAD IS NOT FROM PAYPAL. These are set up to be available to you to download for 48 hours. So please go get them right away. The email I send will contain the instructions on how to get the designs you ordered. It is best if you just click on the link. If it wraps in your email, just copy and paste the information into the address bar. The same for when you use the password - copy and paste. If you have any trouble downloading (almost no one does) be sure that you shut off the Download Accelerator program if you have it installed. It seems to cause some problems in a few browsers. Replacement I regret to enforce a new policy. I have had so many request to replace their entire set of designs. Please back up your files! I will replace each design 1 (one) time only. After that, I will charge $5 per design to replace them. This takes quite a bit of time so be patient with your requests. Format Please DO NOT order a format that is not specific for your machine. I have these made especially for your hoop size and format. These cross stitch designs do not necessarily resize properly and they are not easily divided up. That is why I have them listed in different formats. Please don't try to "make them work" for your machine. I am not responsible for any changes that you make to the designs. The small version of the large cross-stitch designs will work in the Brother Innovis 4000/ Babylock Ellegante, D1/D2, ULT/Ellageo and Artista* and commercial machines as a single hooping. For most other hoop sizes, you must rehoop. All of the large cross stitch designs must be rehooped for the large size unless you have a commercial machine. If you want more information about learning how to rehoop these and other designs, please click here to go to that page. *Some of the small versions must be rehooped for the Artista machine. I will NOT replace your order if you order the wrong format. I have plenty of warnings listed so PLEASE only order the designs that are specifically made for YOUR machine format and hoop size. Exchange or refund policy The designs you download from me are software programs, and by their nature they cannot be refunded or exchanged. No refunds will be given. Exchanges will be allowed only in the event of an accidental duplicate purchase or defective disk or CD. The goal of Murphy's Designs, however, is your satisfaction and return business, and every effort will be made to achieve that goal. Shopping cart Please note that PayPal has a shopping cart system. You can continue shopping and adding your designs into one order. This will make ordering our designs much more convenient. You will only have one transaction and one charge to your credit card. Ordering by check If you are ordering by mail using a check or money order (US funds, please) I will send your ordered designs as attachments to email messages when I receive your check or money order. Please note that you will pay for any extra charges or fees for checks returned because of insufficient funds. How orders are sent Each order made by payments of check/money order (US funds) will be Zipped and will include detailed instructions on how to put the designs together. I will send your ordered designs as attachments to email messages when I receive your order. All designs are sent in Zipped files that require WinZip or other zipping utility to open. If you want designs sent to you on a CD, I charge $7.50 to make and send the CD. You can add up to 10 designs or sets of designs (like the Border designs) per CD. I charge $5 for each additional CD to the same address when order is placed at the same time. It is much faster and easier to order as download. Email me for more details. Printable order form

Viewing text files If you use Buzz Tools Plus to unzip these files you won't be able to see very much of the text file. I include very detailed instructions on how to do these designs including the color changes that I have used for my stitchouts. The view you see in Buzz Tools Plus is only a small part of the text file. If you double click on the file in Buzz Tools Plus, the text file will open in a text program and you can print out the information from there. Some instructions are in Microsoft Word documents and Buzz Tools doesn't see those at all. Butterfly Alphabet letters for sale Each of the letters are now available separately and as the entire alphabet for sale!

Be sure to look on the pages where the designs are for sale to find the samples to download. Colors of designs Each person has their own individual tastes for coloring designs. I include the colors in the instructions that I used for my sample stitchouts. Test stitching
I personally test stitch the designs I sell from my site. I use several different formats and different machines to make sure the designs will work properly. If it is a large design, I divide it, test it and then convert to the other formats.
